Thank you for shopping at BLACKS LEGEND. This site is managed by the Vintage Spirit Company, whose legal information can be found on the legal notes page. The following terms and conditions apply to all products purchased from us.
Retracting right
In accordance with article L.121-18 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days from delivery of the Product to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify his decision or pay any penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of the cost of returning the Product.
» Notification of withdrawal
To exercise his/her right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform Vintage Spirit Company of his/her wish to withdraw before the expiry of the aforementioned period of 14 days, using
the withdrawal form provided or any other unambiguous statement to be sent to Vintage Spirit Company :
» Procedure for returning products after withdrawal
Upon receipt of the Customer's notification of withdrawal, Blacks Legend Customer Service will send the Customer, by e-mail, the procedure for returning the Products. The Products must be returned by the Customer without undue delay and, in any event, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of notification of his decision to withdraw, to the following address: Vintage Spirit Company - Retour ESHOP - 111 Rue Coste Belle - ZI la Grande Île Sud - 05230 Chorges - FRANCE
They must be sent, if possible, in their original packaging (or at least in packaging that protects the Products in conditions comparable to the original packaging), together with a copy of the returns procedure sent by Customer Services. This procedure will include the order number and the return number, with the reason for return to be completed by the Customer.
The Customer may be held liable in the event of depreciation of the Products resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the Products (for example, in the case of a zipper). Underwear (boxer shorts and socks) cannot be the subject of a right of retraction in application of article L.221-28 paragraph 5 of the French Consumer Code in the event that their packaging has been unsealed and the Products tried on.

In any case, Vintage Spirit Company cannot be held responsible for the loss of a package returned by the Customer.
In the event of Products returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated or soiled due to the Customer's fault, Vintage Spirit Company reserves the right to invoke articles 1219 and 1220 of the French Civil Code concerning the exception of non-performance as a preventive or posteriori measure.
» Refund of products following withdrawal
Upon receipt by Vintage Spirit Company of the Product returned by the Customer, the corresponding refund will be made, including delivery costs, by crediting the bank account linked to the payment made at the time of purchase, within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of notification of the Customer's decision to withdraw. Reimbursement will be made by the same means of payment used for the order.
It is specified that in the absence of receipt of the Product before the expiry of the period of fourteen (14) calendar days following the date of notification of the Customer's decision to withdraw, reimbursement of the Product returned by the Customer, including delivery costs, may be deferred until the earlier of the following two dates:
- the date on which the Product is received by Vintage Spirit Company,
- or the date on which the Customer provides proof of shipment of the Product.
In any event, no credit note, electronic or otherwise, may be issued by Vintage Spirit Company in this respect.
"Satisfied or money back” guarantee
In addition to the right of withdrawal described above and the legal guarantees mentioned in article 10 of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, Vintage Spirit Company offers its customers a “Satisfied or money back” commercial guarantee and undertakes to refund the full price of the Products purchased by the Customer if the latter is not satisfied.
If you are not completely satisfied with an item or if the size does not suit you, simply return it to us within thirty days of receipt, and contact our customer service department beforehand at service@blacks-legend.com. Return shipping costs for the product(s) concerned are at the customer's expense.
- Any unsatisfactory item must be returned to us new and unwashed, in its original packaging and with its labels.
- We advise you to return this item by registered parcel post (at the rate corresponding to the value of the parcel)..
- If the product is returned washed, without its labels or original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange or refund of the product(s).
- Due to the impossibility of resale, “personalized” products (number and/or name on the back of a garment, iron-on badges, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any order returned by the Customer under this “Satisfied or money back” commercial guarantee will be reimbursed within fifteen days of receipt of the product by the company.
For all items purchased and paid for online and then returned, the following terms and conditions apply:
- If the package has been returned unopened: refund within 15 days. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
- If the product is returned simply because you are not satisfied with it: product refund within 15 days. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
- If the product is returned for a reason for which BLACKS LEGEND is responsible: refund or exchange of the product within 15 days, shipping and return costs will be paid by the company.
- In the event of return or cancellation, a credit note will be issued.
Requests for reimbursement of orders paid with a gift card can only be made in the form of a credit note to be redeemed on our website.
