When purchasing on our website Blacks Legend, the customer has the choice between several service providers to ensure the delivery of his order. Only the customer can choose the service provider.
   

🚚 Delivery in France

Delivery in mainland France are insured at the following rates :

  • by Chronopost (direct home delivery)
  • or by Mondial Relay (drop-off at a relay point).

Delivery times vary according to the delivery method chosen.

  • The CHRONO13 service, provided by Chronopost, offers home delivery between 8am and 1pm, just one working day after your order has been picked up by the carrier.
  • Relay point delivery, provided by Mondial Relay, is carried out within 3 days after the carrier has taken charge of your order.

Shipping costs vary according to the value of your order and the carrier used to deliver it. Please refer to the summary table opposite to see the applicable rates.

🚚 Delivery in Europe (Zones 1 & 2)

Deliveries in Europe Zones 1 and 2 (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Great Britain, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden) are insured, as follows :

  • by Chronopost (direct home delivery)
  • or by Mondial Relay (direct home delivery or drop-off at a relay point).

Delivery times vary according to the delivery method chosen.

  • CHRONO EXPRESS, service provided by Chronopost, offers home delivery within 2 to 5 days of the carrier picking up your parcel.
  • The Home Delivery service, provided by Mondial Relay, offers home delivery within 3 to 5 days of the carrier picking up your parcel.
  • Relay point delivery, provided by Mondial Relay, takes place 3 to 6 days after the carrier has picked up your order.

🚚 Delivery in Europe (Zone 3) and outside EU

Delivery in Europe Zone 3 (Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia) and in countries outside the European Union are exclusively provided by Chronopost (direct home delivery).

    Delivery times vary according to the final destination of your parcel. CHRONO EXPRESS service, provided by Chronopost, announces a home delivery within 3 to 7 days after the carrier has taken charge of your order.

      💶 Shipping costs and delivery times

      The shipping costs and delivery times applied to orders placed on the www.blacks-legend.com website are directly linked to the geographical zone of destination of your parcels. Please refer to the summary tables above for current rates and delivery times according to your country of residence (France, Europe, Non-EU...).

      Note that :

      • Vintage Spirit Company makes every effort to dispatch your parcel on time and in the right packaging. On average, delivery takes between 24 and 72 hours from our warehouse, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 1pm.
      • All orders validated before 9:00 a.m. will be sent the same day if possible. After 09:00, they will be sent the next day. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
      • 24-hour delivery does not include order preparation time, only transport time from our warehouse.
      • The delivery period (D+1, D+3...) only starts from the moment your package is picked up by the carrier from our warehouse.
      • If a customer places an order on our site on a Friday, the order will be dispatched on the following Monday. No delivery will be made on Saturdays, unless explicitly requested by the customer and exclusively via the Chronopost carrier.
      • For destinations not subject to VAT in the European Union zone, the recipient will be responsible for any applicable taxes (such as customs duties or local VAT) which may be levied by the local authorities.

      In the event of a complaint, please contact us by email or telephone. Our teams will take care of managing your file with the carrier, for greater speed and better service for you.

      📍 Track delivery progress

      Whatever the destination of a parcel and the chosen mode of transport, the customer will receive an email (and/or sms) from the carrier confirming that the parcel has been picked up. From then on, the customer will be able to track the position of his parcel and the progress of its delivery (via an order tracking number). To this end, customers must ensure that they enter a valid and complete address when purchasing online so that it can be used by one of the delivery service providers..
        


      📃 Transport liability

      All items purchased on our website www.blacks-legend.com are shipped by Vintage Spirit Company, unless otherwise notified by email. The buyer accepts that the products ordered and shipped become the property of the buyer as soon as the package leaves our warehouses. It is up to the buyer to check the conformity of the parcel received and therefore to bear the risks of loss, breakage or damage that may occur during shipment. It is also the buyer's responsibility to check that the goods are in good shape before accepting delivery.

      The carrier or third party (relay point) will deliver your parcel against signature or by depositing it in the letterbox. In case of problem, please contact our customer service department at service@blacks-legend.com so that we can manage your claim with the carrier. Vintage Spirit Company cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft or damage of your package..
