Delivery terms

- Delivery in France : You can choose between Chronopost (direct home delivery) or Mondial Relay (drop-off at a relay point) within 1 to 3 days of the carrier picking up your parcel. Shipping costs vary according to the value of your order and the carrier chosen to deliver it (from 0€ to 8.90€).

- Delivery in Europe : You can choose between Chronopost (direct home delivery) or Mondial Relay (direct home delivery or drop-off at a relay point) within 2 to 6 days of the carrier picking up your parcel. Shipping costs vary according to the delivery method chosen (from €0 to €12.90).

- Non-EU delivery : Deliveries outside Europe are handled exclusively by Chronopost. Delivery times vary according to the country of delivery. Customs fees may apply in the event of a customs inspection.

Return policy

In the event of dissatisfaction, we offer you the possibility of returning your products within 30 days.
  Returning a product via the returns center.

To ensure optimum care and long-lasting enjoyment of your product, please follow the cleaning and care instructions on the label.
 

Washing	For all our textile products, we recommend machine washing inside out at 30°C (unless otherwise indicated on the product label).
Drying	Prefer natural drying on a clothesline and avoid tumble-drying.
Ironing	Be sure to iron our products on their reverse side, protecting the various markings (prints, silkscreens and other embroideries) from heat sources.
